Short-Term Rental Agreement for Villa "Bella Vista"

Preliminary Conditions:

 

This Short-Term Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes an official offer on behalf of Villa "Bella Vista", located at 98050 Lipari, Metropolitan City of Messina, Italy, represented by the landlord Domenico Zanghi (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”), to any potential tenant who accepts the terms of this Agreement unilaterally, by signing and paying the full rental cost upon arrival at Villa "Bella Vista" (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Property”).

 

  1. Payment: The Tenant agrees to pay the full rental cost upon arrival at the location in accordance with the conditions specified by the Landlord.

  2. Identity Documents: The Tenant is required to provide a valid copy of an identity document on the day of moving into the Rental Property.

  3. Cancellation of Reservation: In the event of cancellation by the Tenant on the day of arrival, the Tenant is required to compensate for the first 3 days of the rental, by bank transfer to the account details provided by the Landlord, or provide evidence of trip cancellation due to force majeure.

  4. Property Preservation: The Tenant agrees to maintain the furniture and all property provided during the rental period in good and working condition. In case of damage, the Landlord has the right to demand compensation for the caused damage.

  5. Responsibility: During the stay at the Villa, the Tenant bears moral and financial responsibility for everything that occurs at the Rental Property.

  6. Agreement to Terms: By signing this Agreement or making a payment, the Tenant confirms that they have read this agreement and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
